When and where is the wedding?
Our wedding will be in Bali, Indonesia on October 17th, 2026!
Address:
Jalan Pura Anyar II No. 8, Saba
Blahbatuh, Gianyar, Bali 80581, Indonesia

When do I need to RSVP by?
The deadline to RSVP is September 1st, but please try to do so as soon as you can to help with our planning! If you are not able to RSVP by the deadline, we can't guarantee that your spot will be reserved and we’ll greatly miss you.

Can I bring a Plus-One?
If you've received a Plus-One, their name will be specifically addressed on your invitation. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited.

Are children welcome?

If you do have a little one or two, we understand leaving them back home might not possible, whatever the reason may be. If that is the case, please do message us and let us know about your situation.

What airport do I fly into?
There’s only one airport in Denpasar, Bali. Be sure to fly into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport / Denpasar International Airport (DPS).

What’s the best way to get from the airport to my accommodation?
As we’ve recommended here, Gojek or Grab is the most trusted and easiest way to travel around the island. Another favourite way of ours to get around in Bali is hiring a private driver. If you’re interested in doing so, please let us know and we can definitely help you in hiring one!

How do we get to the venue?
We have arranged for shuttles to pick up guests at XXX as a transportation to and from the venue. If you are staying at the hotel under our name, please do let us know. If you are staying elsewhere, we recommend taking a Gocar or a Grabcar to the pick-up location or to the venue. If you hired a private driver, there will be free parking available at the venue.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place in the cathedral. The reception will be outdoors, and there will be platform and grass.

Can I get by with English?
For the most part, locals are able to speak a little bit of English and, though Balinese is different from Bahasa Indonesia, it’s highly appreciated to speak at least some Bahasa when talking to locals. Honourifics are also very important in Indonesia! Be sure to address people properly, and immerse yourself in the language and culture.

What’s the easiest way to get data for when I get there?
Purchasing an e-Sim is the most convenient way and you can top up whenever you need. However, there are also many retailers selling Sim cards, which you can fill up with data, at the airport upon arrival. More details here.

Are there a lot of places that don’t take card? Should I have local currency on hand?
Generally stores, cafes, and restaurants take card payments but Bali has a lot of markets, warungs, and street stalls/vendors that also have a lot to offer! These places don’t typically take card, so it is always good to have some local currency on hand. (Public bathrooms commonly sells tissue paper and requires a fee/tip so having some change is also beneficial!)

Will I get “Bali belly”? How do I avoid it?
We certainly hope you won’t! Only drink from bottled water, stay hydrated and be cautious of street food.

Anything else to bring with me for the trip?
Hand sanitiser, mosquito repellent, tissues, a fan - on you at all times!
